Booth Information: Booths measure 10' X 10' and include:

  • pipe and drape
  • complimentary sign measuring 7" X 44"
  • one six foot table, skirted
  • one wastebasket
  • two chairs
  • name badges for up to four exhibitors
  • company listing in conference program (if information is received by December 1, 2005)
  • complimentary exhibitor lounge access
  • The exhibit hall is NOT carpeted.
  • Attendee registration is located in the exhibit hall.
  • Concession areas are located in the exhibit hall.

Arrangement of Exhibits: Exhibits shall be arranged as not to obstruct the general view nor hide the exhibits of others. No exhibits shall be permitted that interfere with the use of other exhibits or impede access to them or free use of aisles.

Space Assignment: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Past Participation in TMSA events, sponsorhips, special needs and general grouping of exhibits for proper display will be taken into account when assigning booths.
